Background:
Mr. Quealy joined the firm in 2008. Mr. Quealy practices in the areas of land use, environmental, construction, eminent domain, and general civil litigation. During law school, he was the Executive Editor of the Minnesota Journal of International Law and served as the law school representative on the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Membership Committee. He also worked as a student attorney in the Multi-Profession Business Law Clinic and as a law clerk for Hoff, Barry & Kozar.
