Mr. Barry has practiced for over 30 years. He has been in private practice for the majority of that time and for seven years left private practice to be General Counsel for Shuffle Master, Inc., a Nasdaq national market company. As General Counsel, he was responsible for all legal matters. His duties included the supervision of litigation, the representation of the company in labor and employment matters, administrative matters, and the negotiation and drafting of all contracts. Prior to becoming General Counsel for Shuffle Master, Inc., Mr. Barry’s practice concentrated in the areas of general civil litigation and corporate law, including labor and employment matters. He has represented both labor and management in disciplinary cases, unfair labor practices and internal affairs investigations. Since 2002, Mr. Barry has returned to private practice representing his business clients and individual clients in various business matters, including organization work, transactional work and litigation.
