Ms. Kozar has been with the firm since 1996. Ms. Kozar practices in the area of land use, environmental, construction and general civil litigation. Ms. Kozar also assists private and governmental clients in complex transactional matters, including drafting and negotiating all types of construction and municipal contracts. She has been selected as one of Minnesota's "Rising Stars" in the legal profession as featured in the publication "Minnesota Law & Politics".
